不要伺候老登

最近又有点混乱，从发文章的日期就能看出来，又是过了好几天。

还是为了那件该死的财务测算模型的事情，被老板的反复无常折磨得死去活来。自己没想清楚，一会儿一个样，来回变，情绪化。

但是我也从中得到一些教训：

  • 工作要做在前面，主动深入理清里面的逻辑思路，作为自己的主线基本，任何改动都能get到背后的真实意图；
  • 有改动意见，立即落实，不要拖；
  • 对于情绪化敏感型人格，不要挑战，不要多事，只管答应就好。
  • 这个业务应该是做不长的，照现在的做事方式，根本跑不通的。这个负责人迟早被干掉。

另外，前两周听尧舜禹的访谈，一个主要观点是不要伺候老登——而这不正是我当下的处境吗？

所以，我需要尽快给自己谋后路。

利用好当前的有利环境，将这些破烂琐事的影响降到最低，做好自己的事情。
